Follow the A30 and take the first turning for Launceston. At the 'T' Junction turn right and proceed to the large roundabout.
Take the 4th exit, turning into the Pennygillam Industrial Estate and we are near the end of the road (approx 700 Metres)
From Exeter:
Follow the A30 south to Bodmin.
