Devon Antique specilaist Tim Danemann offers a high quality piano restoration and repair service, continuing a tradition started by his great grandfather and sons who manufactured pianos from 1893 to 1980. Having worked at the factory in Islington, London, building some of the instruments that he now restores, Tim draws on knowledge passed through the generations to return instruments of various manufacturers including Broadwood, Hopkinson, Bosendorfer, Erard, Blüthner, Berry, August Foster, Beckstein, Chappell, Steck, Eavestaff, Barnes, Mayall and Waldemar to their former glory. |
| Restorations are undertaken both as private commisions and to be sold through the Buckfastleigh shop in South Devon. |

The Danemann
family starting producing pianos from 1893-1980. They produced a wide
range of pianos, from small to large uprights, 5' 2" grands, 6' 8"
grands and 9' 6" concert grands, for British embassies throughout
the world, P&O Lines, Harrods, many schools and colleges, as well
as for export. |
