The historic town of Newton Abbot is conveniently situated between Exeter and Torbay and enjoys excellent communication links via the A380 and mainline railway station. Newton Abbot is well spread out with its residential areas located near to a thriving town centre which offers a market day every Wednesday. In addition there are further educational and leisure facilities including a leisure centre, squash and tennis club.

Approximately one and a half miles away is Kingsteignton, a very popular district with a further range of amenities including a supermarket, primary and secondary schools and a swimming pool. Kingsteignton, like Newton Abbot, is also linked to the A380 with Teignmouth, Dawlish, Shaldon and Bovey Tracey a short distance away.
